FAQ’s

“Do you accept my insurance”

We work with many insurance companies. If you have to choose a dentist from a network, please call our office to see if we are a part of your network. As a courtesy to you, our staff will help file all insurance claims. We are happy to help in every way in filing your claims and will work with you to determine your benefits and coverage.

“What different payment options do you provide?”

You can choose from a variety of payment options. If you pay for your restorative treatment up front and in full, you will receive a 5% courtesy discount. You can also make low interest monthly payments for treatment through third party financing options like CareCredit or Dental Fee Plan. All of these options make getting the dental work you want very affordable.

“I really do not like visiting the dentist. Is there anything you can do to help me?”

We offer many comfort measures in order that patients can feel more at ease when visiting our office. You can listen to music on headphones, or watch your choice of cable television shows. We can provide blankets and pillows so you’ll feel warm and relaxed. We also offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help you relax during dental treatments.

“My child has had an accident and his/her tooth has been entirely knocked out. What do I do?”

If possible, rinse (don’t scrub) the tooth and put it back into your child’s mouth. If that’s not possible, save the tooth in a glass of milk. In either case, call our office right away and get in to see us as soon as possible.

“What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?”

We are always conscious of the need to protect your health. We use the most advanced sterilization system available for all our instruments and tools.

“My gums bleed after I brush. Is this something to be concerned about?”

Yes, you should be very concerned about this. Healthy gums rarely bleed. Make an appointment for an examination right away, in order for your hygienist and dentist to evaluate the health of your gums.
